We install a full automatic Alfa-Laval milking parlour. We overhaul all the equipment at our place in Holland. We shipped it to Uganda and install the whole Milking parlour.

A overview of the second hand milking parlour in Uganda,Africa. The customer chose for a double 8 iron frame milking parlour. The equipment in the parlour is a double 6. This is to expand in the future.

We gave the advice to the customer to work with milking jars. Milk is coming in before it's going to the milkline. You know exactly how many liters each cow has given.

In the milking parlour are also automatic cluster removers (ATO). The ATO is taken of the milkcluster automatically when the cow finished here milking proces. Of course this is a option, but it works perfect and again less labor.

One side of the milking parlour is finished.

We chose to place two vacuum pumps. Number one is running the even weeks, and number to is running the odd weeks. This is bacause service is not available within a few hours. This makes sure that the milking parlour always can be used.

Each vacuum pump has his own exhaust.

Both sides of the second hand double 6 milking parlour are finished.

Also the milk endreceiver is placed in the corner of the pit. Also the milkpump and filter. Milk gets filtered before it's pumped to the milk cooler tank.

Connect all the tubes and milkclusters.

In the parlour are 2 boxes with one pulsator. This is the HP102 pulsator.

Testing the cleaning proces. You can see the turbulence in the milk endreceiver. This makes sure that all milk residues are gone.

Very early in the morning the first milking day in the second hand milking parlour. We only need two people!

These are the milkers. They learn very fast. They only need to connect the milkclusters. After that, the automatic cluster remover takes it off.

First milk is coming.
